What Is Free-Roam VR?
Unlike traditional VR where you stand in one spot with a cable attached, free-roam VR gives you an entire arena to move around in. You wear a wireless headset and backpack PC, and the physical space around you becomes the virtual world.

Our Arena Setup
PAMPA VR operates two arenas in Al Quoz, Dubai. Arena 1 is 1,700 sq ft — the largest free-roam VR arena in the UAE — supporting up to 10 simultaneous players. Arena 2 is a 500 sq ft space perfect for smaller groups and kids' parties with up to 6 players.
Both arenas use state-of-the-art tracking technology that precisely maps your position and movements in real-time.
Available Games
We offer 7 different games catering to all ages and preferences. Portal Strike is our tactical team FPS with six maps. Portal Arcade brings colourful Fortnite-style gameplay. Portal Mafia is a 1950s cops-vs-criminals shooter. Portal Zombie is a co-op horror experience defending against waves of undead.
For families and younger players, Party Games offers five easy-to-learn mini-games, Happy Birthday is a team-based party quest, and Galactic Arena provides hardcore sci-fi PvP for adults.
Pricing
Walk-in sessions start from 79 AED per player on weekdays and 99 AED on weekends. For private events, Arena 1 packages start at 899 AED/hour (up to 10 players) and Arena 2 at 499 AED/hour (up to 6 players).
We also offer mobile arena setup — we bring the entire VR experience to your home, office, or event venue.
What to Expect on Your Visit
Sessions last approximately 70 minutes: a 10-minute safety briefing where you learn the equipment and controls, followed by up to 60 minutes of gameplay. No prior VR experience is needed — our staff guides you through everything.
Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. The arenas are climate-controlled, but you will move around, so dress accordingly.
