THE PROCESS
From discovery to debrief.
1. Discovery
We meet with you to understand your vision, objectives, guest profile, and key requirements. This is where we listen, ask questions, and align on expectations.

2. Concept
Our creative team develops tailored concepts, mood boards, and initial layouts that bring your vision to life. We present ideas and refine based on your feedback.

3. Budgeting
We prepare a detailed budget breakdown covering all elements—venue, décor, production, staffing, and contingency. Full transparency at every line item.
- Timeline: 3-5 days

4. Vendor Selection
We source and coordinate trusted vendors including caterers, AV technicians, entertainment, and specialty services. Quality and reliability are our priorities.

5. Permits
We handle all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required by local authorities to ensure your event is fully compliant and hassle-free.

6. Build
Our crew begins installation—from décor and staging to lighting and custom builds. We manage timelines, quality control, and on-site coordination.

7. Show Day
The big day! Our team is on-site to oversee setup, coordinate vendors, manage logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
